Please see below a summary of what is included in the Full Conference registration fee:

  • Conference Registration to the 2017 International RAMIRAN Conference on 4th, 5th & 6th September 2017

  • Attendance to all conference sessions

  • Refreshment Breaks and Lunch on all days

  • Conference Gala Dinner on Monday 4th September

  • Viking BBQ at Irish National Heritage Park on Tuesday 5th September

  • Field Trips on Tuesday 5th September

  • All official documentation including the Conference programme and proceedings

Payment

 

 

 

 

  • Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer until 4th August 2017.

  • After 4th August 2017 payment will only be possible by credit card.

 

Cancellation policy:

 

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellation received 10 weeks before conference - 100% of the registration fee will be refunded less €50 administration fee.

  • Cancellations received 6 weeks before conference - 50% of the registration fee will be refunded less €50 administration fee.

  • Cancellations received hereafter - We regret that no refunds will be issued.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place, any time up to 7 days before the conference, provided that full details are submitted
